 Hi there! We are Sydney and Austen of Ruby Mountain Cavaliers. We're happy you found us! We are a small family breeder located in Northern Nevada that breeds AKC Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies. We have owned Cavaliers since 2010 when we purchased our first tri-colored boy we named Cooper. At that time, we knew nothing about the health issues that Cavaliers are prone to having. As the years of loving him went on he started having seizures and his health started to decline. We quickly learned how important it is to do research on the breed and your breeder! Genetic and health testing is very important! We absolutely adore Cavaliers and want to help make the breed great for generations to come. We strive to focus on quality rather than quantity. We raise our puppies in our home with family, love and lots of socialization. We feel that exposing them early to children, dogs, cats and a busy household helps make a well rounded dog ready for anything. They are never kenneled or caged outside of our home. We breed for the very best genetics and raise our puppies with proven programs like Puppy Culture and the Badass Breeders curriculum. We don’t do placements based on looks and gender alone but also based on the puppy’s temperament. By understanding a puppies temperament it gives us another tool when trying to place them with the correct family. This also helps make the transition to their new forever home as easy as possible. We do all that we can to ensure you are taking home the very best puppy for you and your family. This way you only have to focus on enjoying your beautiful puppy.
